Revell's boots were the only sound on the hard wood floors of the music hall. His blue eyes looked over the high ceilings as he headed over to the windows to let in some fresh air. He drew in a breath as he let the sun hit his face, savoring it's feel his mind a strom over what he'd done the other night in Xavier's room. His heart beat picked up at the memory his face flushing lightly. Clearing his throat Revell walked over to the piano and opened the bench seat. He hide his flute in the seat, always had.
When Revell was younger his parents had forbidden him to play music saying anything he played always sounded terrible and hurt their ears. They'd broken his first flute and Revell had almost never wanted to play agian. He loved music though and he hadn't been able to quit the flute completely. He'd bought the one he held now and had kept playing whenever he could get away from his parents he'd come here. He'd hidden the flute in the piano seat and no one had ever messed with it.
Revell lovingly put his flute together smiling softly as he did so. Music had helped him hang on through his parents abuse and not just end his own life. That is until Xavier had come along, his little mate had given him even more reason to hang on. He brushed his fingers over the flute unable to keep his thoughts from Xavier for to long. His little angel eyed wolf had away of always filling his thoughts with his smile and laugh. He couldn't wait for the day that those smiles and laughs would be for him, with him.
Walking to the center of the room, where the acoustics were the best, Revell brought his flute up to his lips and began to play. It wasn't a pre-written piece or even something he'd written himself and was playing. The music that flew from his fingertips at the moment was just what he felt then. The longing for his relatioship with Xavier to become more the joy at just seeing his soon-to-be-mate and the shyness he'd felt growing in his chest after last night.

Xavier was in his suite working on a few portraits at the time and almost was in a trance. It was in a zone as his mom called it when he was like that and he never came out of it until he was all finished with what he was working on. Closing his eyes he opened them out of his zone and rubbed his eyes some. Looking down at his paint covered hands he quickly washed the brushes off and put them away to dry for a bit. Stretching some he moved to shower and dressed in some clean fresh clothes, messing with his long locks of hair a bit. He smiled and put his favorite color of eyeshadow around his eyes, giving himself a sexy smokey eye look but he always did that though. Finishing with his face he changed out the piercing in his right eyebrow with a white gold double sided barbell. Looking at himself again he thought about his dream and blushed, his bottom lip was in his mouth he took a deep breath.
He redid his dreads with blue instead of the white wanting a change. Running his fingers through his hair he left his suite and headed out for a walk around the palace. Xavier wondered how his mom was doing and thought about Revell again, blushing he smiled and looked down at the floor slightly. Hoping he hadn't spoken in his sleep but always had a feeling he had, it was fine just as long as no one heard him. He had put the rose in a vase with water in it and read the unsigned note that had been left there. Wondering who left it there for him he didn't know of anyone there who would leave such a sweet note just for him on his pillow.
Soon he heard the beautiful music filling the hallway and followed his keen ears to the music room. Peeking in through a crack in the door he saw who was playing it, it was Revell he smiled and stood there listening. His heart skipped a beat watching Revell there in the room and leaned his head lightly against the door trying to be as quiet as possible to not distrub Revell's playing he was enjoying it a great deal. Closing his eyes letting himself get lost in the beautiful sound that was floating around in the music room.

Revell's eyes had drifted closed as he played getting lost in the sound. He wasn't away that anyone was listening but when a breeze swept through the room and brought Xavier's scent to his nose. His fingers stopped their dance along the flute and Revell lowed the flute from his lips and looked around. He walked over to the window and glanced out wondering if the breeze had brought the scent from outside but as he sniffed he found that not to be so.
Revell sighed and ran a hand through his hair as he turned from the window. Maybe he'd imagined it, Xavier had been on his mind so much lately he could've just thought about the scent and not actually smelled it. Especially after how close he'd been to Xavier last night and how close he'd been, Xavier's scent had lingered on his cloths for hours after he'd left. Revell had been a little sad when he'd changed and Xavier's scent no longer surrounded him. He bit his lip and looked around then decided he would go check up on Xavier just see if he was out and about, maybe see him smile and laugh.
Revell was about to put his flute back in the piano seat when he caught Xavier's scent again. He headed to the door and paused his nose hadn't been playing tricks on him. He pulled the door open gently and looked down at Xavier. Both he and his wolf were glad to see him but even so seeing him after what he knew happened last night a light blush colored the tops of his cheekbones. Revell didn't know why but he put his hand behind his back hiding his flute. He hadn't really wanted Xavier to know he played at least not yet and not this way. He'd wanted to surprise him with it maybe play him a few songs or wake him up softly one morning with it.
Knowing he might have been listening made Revell feel a bit vulnerable. What he'd been playing had been about his feelings for Xavier and it was a bit embarrassing. He swallowed though his face showed none of his minds musings."Hello Xavier were you here to use the music room?" There was part of him that was hoping his little angel eyed wolf had come here to see him especially after what he'd heard Xavier say last night. Maybe he was aware that they were meant for each other and he didn't know how to go about it. Revell smiled at Xavier, he'd decided to start courting Xavier and with him here now was as good a time to start as ever.

Xavier tried to not start humming as he listened to the beautiful music that was playing. He knew had a feeling his scent was drifting around at that point and time but it would be hard to smell since he was wearing the cologne that Revell had given him last year on his birthday again. Still there where he was peeking inside he smiled more watching him and chewed more on his bottom lip. He had smelled a scent on his sheets and hadn't changed them really, the scent was familiar and it helped him able to sleep. God his heart was pounding in his ears as he watched Revell there in the music room. Wrapping his hand around the lovely necklace around his neck that he had found in a box of red roses a few weeks ago, it was a white gold wolf paw with rubies, sapphires and emeralds.
Seeing what he was doing he was about to sneak away but he was caught before he could. He was blushing a bright red and wanted so badly to snuggle up to him but stayed right where he was. Xavier had seen the flute and watched the hiding of it, he didn't press him about it or let on that he had seen it either. Glad to see Revell he felt the pull of his wolf wanting out for some time with Revell's wolf. Rubbing his black and fingerless leather gloved hand shyly over his upper arm, god what was Revell doing to him his wolf was going wolfie bonkers.
He didn't let on that he had been listening because he didn't want to upset Revell or embarrass him. Hell he was embarrassed enough for the both of them. "Hey Revell, umm I was just out walking around and I umm came to see to you." God he was blushing and wanted to hide his face in his hair the entire time but he didn't. His stomach fluttered being around him but in a good way. He smiled back at him and was still blushing from ear to ear. His wolf howled and jumped around being this close to him how could he even tell Revell that he had been having dreams about him without feeling like an idiot for him. His crush had turned into love but why would a very handsome man like Revell ever be interested in a young thing like him?

Revell's eyes landed on the necklace he'd given Xavier anonymously a few weeks ago. He couldn't help but feel a possessive pride that Xavier was wearing something he'd given him even if he didn't know who it was from. Especially the colone he'd given Xavier, everytime he smelt it his wolf just wanted to snuggle up to Xavier and get the scent all over his fur. His eyes drank in Xavier's face the blush that was on his face as he spoke. Revell resisted the urge to reach out and caress the younger lycan's face, his hand tightening on the flute behind his back.
When Xavier said he'd come to see him Revell had to bit the inside of his cheek to keep from grinning to widely though he wasn't able to hide how his smile grew a bit when Xavier spoke. His wolf wanted to jump Xavier and lick him for saying he had come to see him and Revell couldn't deny that the thought had definite appeal but he couldn't do it...not yet. "You did?
Part of him just couldn't believe that Xavier had come to see him. His heart was doing the fluttering again and he could hear the whisper of Xavier's voice in his ears from last night when he'd said he'd loved him. His hand on that held the door tightened a bit, would Xavier ever say he loved him outside of his dreams? Revell and his wolf were willing to do whatever it took to get him to say it. Hearing it once hadn't been enough he wanted to hear Xavier say it to him everyday and he'd court his little angel eyed wolf for as long as it took romancing him and making him smile as much as he could to achieve that goal.
"Why don't you come in? I was just practicing." He held up his flute for Xavier to see what he'd been practicing. Revell couldn't resist, staring at Xavier he had, had a song come to mind and he wanted to play it for Xavier. Wanted him to enjoy his music and he was hoping to get Xavier to smile. He loved his smile and his laugh it was better than music itself. He stepped back letting Xavier come in drawing in a deep breath of Xavier's scent his wolf closing his eyes in bliss.

He hadn’t hid the necklace under his shirts or anything he wasn’t ashamed that he had it, Xavier loved the necklace and proudly wore it. Through he still wondered who sent and would smell the same scent on everything he had ever gotten so it was from the same person. Xavier hoped it was all from Revell but why would it be he was sure there were so many lycans in court who were hoping Revell looked their way. His cologne was sweet scented and musky at the same time, chocolate, the woods, french vanilla and peaches, it was favorite scent. The blush on his face didn't go away he felt his face getting hotter even as he thought about his mom and what had happened to her, what would be the aftermath.
Xavier wasn't able to lie and wasn't going to start doing it now by making something up. Watching his smile getting bigger he blushed even more and wanted to just snuggle up to Revell but he stayed right where he was. "Yes." Telling him the truth and he wasn't going to be mean and say something else. Plus he didn't know how to lie so if he tried it would suck and he frankly wouldn't be able to do it either. Moving some hair behind his ear he chewed on his bottom lip gently and more, his stomach was fluttering again. The way it was fluttering was still in a good way but he was still shy none the less around him.
He felt like a dork for blushing so much but he couldn't really help that. Xavier hadn't seen the tightening of Revell's hand there on the door any and wondered if he had spoken in his sleep loud enough to be caught or not. But the fact he smelled another lycan's scent on his bed that wasn't his mom's scent made him a bit worried there. Rubbing the back of his neck some he smiled hearing Revell. "Thank you." He reached out and lightly touched the lovely flute he was in awe of it. Seeing him step back to let him come in he went into the music room, his hips always glided while he walked. Once inside he turned around in a circle looking around he hadn't been in there in a while but missed being in a serene place like the music room. "How did you sleep last night?" Just trying to start a conversation with him and hoped to finally stop blushing so he wouldn't feel like suach a pup around Revell.

Dawn couldn’t take being forced to stay in bed another hour, if she had to pin Vaan down herself she was going to make the man she loved see reason. The bear trap hadn’t turned out to be a normal one where her leg would have healed in a few days but one specifically designed for lycans. The teeth on the trap had been coated in pure silver and the amount of pressure it had encased her leg in had been far too great for an average trap. One day soon she was going to need to investigate where Lord Frederick had acquired the device but her mind wasn’t on that right then. Growling under her breath, she ignored the minor throb from her leg knowing heels hadn’t been the best idea with an injury but her walking around the palace without heels was like the night sky without brilliant stars, wrong and lacking it’s normal beauty. Panting softly, her hand reached out and touched the wall while she took a moment to stop. Dawn took a deep breath in and instantly picked up on Xavier’s scent in the hall, but it was slightly enhanced with the cologne he had grown to use much more lately. Her wolf opened her eyes remember exactly who had secretly given the perfume to her pup. Revell. The male meant no harm, she knew that much but she could also guess why he was leaving little gifts for the pup. Taking in another breath, her nose picked up on the lingering scent of Revell as well and sighed heavily. As much as she wanted to give them space, her motherly instincts demanded she check in on them. Heading down the hall, her nose told her the direction Xavier had taken, each step also increased the scent of Revell telling her that her pup had either followed the male’s scent or go in the direction without noticing it. “Xavier…Revell…” Her sudden appearance at the music door had been completely silent, not even her bad leg gave her away with the heels on her feet. It was amazing what one hundred and seventy two years of training forced a body to do. Arching an eyebrow at the blonde male lycan, Dawn crossed her arms over her chest trying to figure out what was going on. She hadn’t been blind about the way Revell had always eyed her baby. It was obvious to her what Revell wanted to do with Xavier and her wolf was tempted to growl at him to keep his distance while at the same time she wanted to see her baby taken care of by someone he loved. The male had always maintained his space from Xavier when he’d been growing up and she had appreciated that. Stepping into the room, she walked over to Xavier and looked him up and down. Since the attack on her, she’d been far too worried about his mental health. Right then, he looked much better than that night in the woods. “ Bebe, I’m liking the new color.” Laughing softly under her breath, Dawn reached up to touch the blue in the dread lock instead of his normal white.

Revell smiled and left the door open as he walked with Xavier further into the room. He walked over and sat on a window seat and looked at Xavier watching him as he turned in a circle. He saw the blue in Xavier's hair when he was spinning and smiled. The change in the color of his dreads was nice he liked it. Wanted to run his fingers through his hair and play with the dreads. His fingers tingled as he remembered touching his hair the night before.
He stiffened a bit when Xavier asked how he slept last night. He suddenly felt guilty, did Xavier know he'd been in his room last night...his bed. He'd made it through all these years without Xavier knowing but maybe last night he'd gone to far left to much of his scent behind. Revell shrugged and looked out the window."I-" He stopped when his ears picked up Dawn's voice. He stood immediately feeling even guiltier. Dawn was like Xavier's mom and he knew she would misunderstand his actions and he didn't want Xavier to catch on to who the gifts were from yet. Part of him liked being Xavier's secret admirer and just signing the notes and cards as anonomous. He didn't know if Xavier thought it was romantic but Revell did and he had only ever seen Xavier happy witht he gifts.
When Dawn came in he immediatly looked at her leg. He'd heard about her injury and he'd seen Vaan worried about her and had hoped it wasn't as bad as he heard. It was. He went and got a chair for her to sit in and placed it behind her. His wolf was grumbling about how she got to touch Xavier's hair like that and be so familiar with him and yet he couldn't. She was practically his mom though and she was good to him. She was how a real mom should be with her kid not like Revell's mom. He walked back over to the piano shaking away the thoughts of his mom. She was dead now thankfully he didn't have to worry about her or his dad anymore.
He paused at the piano seat. They were gone now so he didn't have to hide his flute anymore. He pulled out the flute case and began to put the flute away then closed the piano seat the case in his hand. He'd start keeping it in his room. He looked at Xavier and Dawn and smiled at how they acted together. He was glad when the two had become a family and Xavier had someone who wasn't just looking after him int he shadows.

He thought about his mom when he left his room and wondered when he would be able to see her, it was driving him nuts. His scent was where ever he had gone that day, he enjoyed the cologne he was wearing greatly it was his own special scent that no one else had. Xavier hoped his mom might know who had been sending him the gifts and would ask her about it, he thought the gifts he was give was romantic and very sweet of the person. Walking with Revell he smiled and watched where he had ended up. Xavier moved his mass of beautiful black hair behind his shoulders, his hair smelled nice and it was quite soft as well, he smiled at him.
Xavier had followed the sound of the music to find who was playing it and saw it had been Revell but he hadn’t followed any scents. Seeing that he chewed on his bottom lip had he said something wrong? He had smelled the scent left there in his room and had smelled the same scent coming from Revell but he was going to keep it to himself for now. Hearing his mom’s voice he smiled and hadn’t heard her but got a whiff of her scent around. “Hi mom.” He was thrilled see her up and walking under her own power. Watching her coming over to him he wrapped his arms around his mom hugging her. “I’ve missed you mom.” Letting her take a look at him. “Thank you mom, I needed a change.” Not minding his dreads being touched.
Having taken note about his mom's leg he remembered how it looked that night. Just relieved she was getting well but he still wanted to know where the trap was found in the first place, so Vaan could be told. Spying Revell bringing a chair over for his mom he smiled and mouthed thank you to him. Standing next to his mom he watched Revell there at the piano, his wolf yipped and barked turning around in circles being around him. Waiting to see what happened next he moved to stand next to the piano and lightly touched the lovely black and white keys. Closing his eyes he could see notes in his mind and started to softly hum to himself.
Staying close to his mom he looked down at the flute Revell was putting away it was beautiful to him. He smiled at him and looked at his mom tilting his head. "Mom would you like something to eat or drink? Revell would you like something?" Xavier was quite hungry and would bring a bunch of yummy goodies back with him.

Dawn’s eyes flickered back and forth between Revell and Xavier letting her wolf pick on subtle clues that the both of them were hiding. Being Captain of the guard had many perks to it; one was knowing every little movement someone made in the palace. Especially, Revell’s movements. It was far too tempting to use her claws to pull his skin off his face when she’d learned of him sneaking into her pup’s room. Did he think she didn’t have an extra guard keeping watch over his doors? The real question was, why hadn’t she murdered him with her bare hands? Because her pup had eyes for him. Since there was no real damage done to Xavier, she wasn’t going to hurt Revell, yet.
“I’ve missed you, pup.” The words were whispered but loud enough for Xavier to hear them from the short distance. Smiling warmly, Dawn’s arms opened and wrapped around her son. Each time they hugged, she was reminded of his height over her even with her heels on making her wolf roll her eyes at all the overly tall males in the palace. She pulled back just enough to give him a complete look over. After the attack, she’d passed out for most of the night and never got a real chance to examine him. “You look well.”
Was that a hint of jealousy in Revell’s eyes? That was an emotion Dawn knew all too well after watching Vaan drag many other she-wolves into his bed over the years. Each one reinforced her need to bit her tongue to not say anything to the King. She might have smirked if she wasn’t trying to get a feel for the emotions in the room right then.
Having her leg eyed at by Revel only made her wolf want to snap out at him to remind him just whose injury he was eying. An injured wolf was a dangerous one when it was a simple lycan that roamed the woods, Dawn’s wolf feed off fighting so for her to be examined so closely while she was even slightly weakened made her want to shove Revell’s face into the floor just to show how much strength was still in her body. Glancing at the seat, her eyes softened for a split second before freezing over. “Thank you.” The she-wolf was too stubborn to tell anyone her leg was starting to bug her as she sat down on the chair feeling instant relief being off those sore muscles.
Turning her eyes away from Revell, who was messing with some instrument case, she smiled sweetly at Xavier. “If you won’t mind, I could go for some pink lemonade and my stash of skittles on the top shelf, bebe.” Dawn was not hungry nor thirst but needed Xavier out of the room for but a moment. If Revell was going to court her pup, they needed to have a small talk, nothing drastic.
Waiting until Xavier was clear out of the room, Dawn’s eyes fell upon the only other lycan in the music room. Crossing her leg over her other one, a very delicate and common posture for a woman, the leather jeans rose up high enough for someone, namely Revell, to catch sight of the bright red knife strapped to her ankle. “Tell me, Revell, has anyone at court caught your eye?” A spark flickered in her eyes, her wolf peered out from her deep brown eyes to cause them to dance between brown and a warm golden brown. It was almost a dare for him to lie to her. If she had been in her wolf form, her tail would have swooshed behind her while tapping the floor as if saying she knew all. “I’m going to warn you right now…” Letting her wolf rise up completely, her eyes glowed golden brown while she forced herself not to snarl at the words she was about to say. “You hurt my cachorro, physically or mentally, I will hunt you down and skin you alive. Don’t think anything or anyone will save you because I am a very good huntress.” Rolling back her shoulders, she gentle coaxed her wolf back down as she relaxed.

He shook his head when Xavier asked if he wanted anything. His eyes stayed on Xavier as he left and lingered on the door way for a moment after he was gone before he turned his attention back to Dawn as she sat in the chair. Revell's eyes caught on the blade for a moment and he swallowed subtly. He didn't like knivesw or violence really he'd gotten plenty but he didn't have a problem fighting to protect himself, he wasn't going to let anyone hurt him or Xavier ever.
When she asked him if anyone had caught his eye he opened his mouth to say yes but ended up nodding instead the look in her eyes making him not want to speak. He didn't want her to misunderstand him anymore he knew she had already misunderstood his gesture with the chair. When she spoke again he listened not saying anything as she threatened him and issued her warning. He was a little offended that she though he would hurt Xavier his wolf even growled low in his ear.
They both loved their soon-to-be mate and would do anything and everything to protect him. They'd watched over him all these years just to do that. He licked his lips"I understand, I would never ever hurt him. I'd sooner torture myself than hurt him or slight him in anyway." He met Dawn's gaze for a moment before looking away. Xavier thought the world of her and he wouldn't challenge her in anyway, he respected her not only for Xavier's sake but because he'd seen how fiercly she'd protected and guarded Vaan as well as the prince and anyone else she considered her own.
He gripped the flute case tightly for a moment then relaxed his hand."I'll leave and let you and Xavier catch up since you too haven't seen each other recently." He didn't want to leave Xavier had just said he'd come looking for him, him. But he didn't feel that sitcking around would be a good idea. His wolf was howling violently in protest but Revell hushed him. courting meant knowing when and where to assert your affections and now was neither.

Xavier had seen his mom watching them and knew she could tell if he was hiding something from her. God what was he going to tell her about his feelings for the handsome older lycan in the room with them. He had seen the extra guard when he went through the doors into his suite and didn’t really mind it. Xavier did have eyes for Revell but kept that to himself but would let others know. “I’ve missed you, mom.” He smiled and snuggled into her arms just happy she was okay and was there. Letting her look him completely over he stood very still. “I feel better thank you mom, I was worried about you more then myself.” Looking at her he wasn’t going to lie about how he felt when it came to what happened and would never forget it either. Seeing the chair brought by Revell he smiled to him, Xavier made sure his mom sat down and rested some.
Xavier was still checking out the flute he wanted to learn how to play that so much, hearing his mom he looked to her. “You shall have mom.” Nodding when Revell shook his head about wanting anything. “I won’t be long.” He kissed her cheek and smiled to Revell, gliding out of the room. Going to the kitchen he found his mom’s stash first and poured her a tall glass of pink lemonade. Making himself something to eat before going back he carried the goodies back to the music room with him, hearing the conversation he didn’t move into the room yet.
He was thankful that his mom always watched over him and didn’t want anything to break his heart. But he was just sad thankful as Revell wouldn’t do that either. Walking inside he went to his mom and gave her, what she wanted to munch on. Putting his own goodies down on a table and looked at Revell hearing him say that. “Don’t go please.” He didn’t want Revell to go and looked at his mom, his eyes pleaded with her not wanting Revell to leave. Xavier wanted to catch up with his mom so much but still wanted to be around Revell.

Drumming her fingers on her knee, Dawn watched Revell closely. Even her wolf was curious about the male that her son seemed to have an attraction for. She could smell a taint of fear on his body but at the same time, defiance. As if he didn’t want to answer her question. Was he trying to hide something? At his response to her threat, she nodded with a slight smile on her lips. Holding his gaze, her wolf rose up in her mind grumbling deeply about the stare instantly feeling challenged. At the last moment, before she would have back handed him, Revell’s eyes looked away. “Good. Then I don’t need to be a complete bitch around you.” As long as he understood the lengths she would go to for her family, the male was on her good side.
“Revell, you can’t leave now. You would break Xavier’s heart if he returned and you weren’t here.” Speaking up, she arched her eyebrow at the male. His leaving made no sense what so ever since she had entered the room last. If the man wanted time alone with Xavier, all he needed to do was ask. There was never a bad time to ask a parent’s permission for them to kindly exit the room for them to have a few moments. “Besides, I have plenty of time to catch up with him. He doesn’t need me very much anymore.” Reaching down, she rubbed her bad leg feeling her muscles starting to spasm. The damn thing was still trying to heal properly and she knew her walking on it so much…especially in heels wasn’t helping the process. Her wolf wanted to leave the room to find a place for her to ‘lick’ her wounds where no one would see the scars, but Dawn wasn’t feeling up for walking right then. The first opportunity she had, she’d leave the two males alone.
Hearing footsteps, Dawn’s head turned to the door to see Xavier entering the music hall. For a moment, she wondered how much of the conversation the pup had overheard. It wasn’t some secret around the palace she was a protective mother but she tried not to over step her bounds. Taking the food, she gave him a smile before placing the glass on a table and popping a couple of colorful skittles into her mouth. The sugar would help calm her wolf down. “Yes, you can’t go now, Revell. I was hoping to hear you play. The servants say you’re a wonderful musician.” Smirking playfully at the lycan, she lounged back in the chair giving off the appearance of a captivated audience. Truthfully, she didn’t want Xavier to be sad if Revell left the room.

Revell looked at Dawn when she told him it would break Xavier's heart if he left. His lips parted slightly in surprise. Did he mean that much to Xavier? He hadn't thought Xavier liked him yet, they hadn't had much interaction and he was certain Xavier was still favoring the female courtisans. He chewed on the inside of his cheek as he looked at Dawn, she knew he would never do anything to make Xavier sad and telling him that his absence would make him sad was like the clouds parting and angels singing.
He licked his lips as this information made his heart beat quicker as he fiddled with the case that hung in his hands. He opened his mouth to ask Dawn if she really thought it would bother Xavier if he left but as Xavier came in he closed his mouth and simply watched the young lycan that held his heart in his gentle hands. He was going to tell Xavier he must be going and give him time with Dawn but when he asked him not to go Revell felt his heart skip a beat his wolf howling in utter joy at the request.
He saw the look he gave Dawn and couldn't help but smile slightly his un asked question answered by Xavier himself with that look. His gaze never left Xavier even as Dawn spoke but when she mentioned the servants said he was a woncerful musician he blushed. When he played he always thought himself alone he didn't play to be recognized or anything of the sort. Simple as it was he just loved the sound he could create on the flute.
Looking down at flute case still in his hand he nodded. He'd play though he felt Dawn was teasing him knowning he wouldn't refuse since Xavier was here and if he wanted to play for anyone it would be Xavier. Setting the case down Revell began to assemble his flute again taking his time and making sure everything was right. He smiled as he went through the familiar actions his fingers caressing ever flute piece as he put it together. Once he finished he looked up at the two others his gaze lingering on Xavier. "I hope that you find my playing enjoyable." He looked down at his flute his face serine "I doubt I can live up to anyones hype but I will play for you as best as I can and hope my music conveys that." He gave them one more look before he drew the flute to his lips and began to play.

He had been mostly in the kitchen getting his mom’s drink, her candy stash and made himself a large sandwich, some chips, fruit, veggies and sine fresh pink lemonade. Putting all of it on the tray he ventured from the kitchen, softly humming to himself while he walked. Once back at music hall he sat down and quietly listened to everything. He hadn’t told Revell how he felt yet and it would break his heart if Revell left the room before he came back or after he had returned. Wanting to hurry up and go in to tell his mom he would always need her no matter how old he got. Chewing on his bottom he looked down at the floor a moment still not moving back inside yet but wanted to listen more. Waiting a bit longer he stood and slipped inside, looking to his mom he smiled to her. He had overheard everything and would let his mom and Revell know that at later date.
Giving her goodies over he smiled again and asked Revell not to go when he said that he was going. Not wanting to see him walk off he stared at his mom and was happy that she didn’t want him to go either. Seeing the blush on Revell’s handsome face he smiled and blushed himself, sitting down in a chair next to his mom he started to eat his dinner, putting his glass of lemonade down so he wouldn’t forget it was there. Really wanting to hear him play he smiled. "The servants have told me the same thing, please play for us." Hoping that Revell wouldn't say no to the request. Watching him quietly while he ate his dinner, staring at the flute again he wanted to play it sometime well after he learned that is. Being looked at he blushed and nibbled on a strawberry, dabbing his mouth clean. "I'm sure we will Revell and I think you'll go way beyond the hype around here at court." Meant that and looked at him with a sweet smiled, happily listening to him play.
