Dane had gone with his dad for a guy's night out and had gone out to dinner. He had a great deal to drink and had gotten drunk for the first time in his life that night. Having eatten first he had still gotten drunk and was taken back by his dad. Put to bed he didn't want to sleep he moved from his bed and fell right on his butt. Groaning he stood up and stumbled around his room. Falling on his face and butt some more he got out of his room without his parents knowing he had left. Looking around about where to go now he grinning knowing where, he would go see Lore. They had been seeing each other for a while now and was invited there whenever he pleased. Shirtless and shoeless he stumbled along bonking into things every now and then. Patting along the wall so he wouldn't fall down anymore Dane stopped seeing servants staring at him he just smiled.
Going on his way again he found Lore's room and sat down next to the door. Knocking on the door he sat there and waited his head was spinning to much to even want to stand up. "Loreeee it is Dannnnnnnnnnnne." Oh yeah he was drunk and he was really enjoying it for the first time. He has been brought up a proper gentleman but he could unwind for once in his life. Happy to not be judged by Lore he waited and hiccuped again. Lightly moving his bare feet from side to side hicupping more he just laughed thinking being drunk was funny.

Lore had been asleep most of the night. He had taken to going to bed early seeing as he didn’t have much else to do aside from assisting in the kitchen at times. It wasn’t something he did often but it was something he liked doing. He only hoped that the people who tasted his meals were enjoying them. Not to mention the faster he went to sleep the earlier he might be able to get up in order to prepare Dane his meal. Despite the older demon knowing it was him who made the meals for him in the morning, Lore continued to get up early just to leave them for Dane. He felt that the older man deserved something nice to start his day off. He hadn’t see the older man today but figured he had other things to do and hoped he could at least see him tomorrow if not he would simply leave the man alone until he had some time to see Lore.
While spread out on his bed, Lore turned over in his sleep. He was wearing only his boxers seeing as no one else usually was in the room with him. The suite his parents had owned when he was younger was his now seeing as the King didn’t seem cruel enough to take it away from him. The young pups slumber was awakened when he heard a sudden banging on the door. The banging caused him to jump and fall out of bed disoriented by it. Running to the door, he rubbed some sleep out of his eyes while pushing a hand through his already messy hair. “I’m coming hold on.” he muttered just in time to hear Dane declaring it was him. Raising an eyebrow the young pup opened his door to find the demon sitting on the floor completely wasted. This was something he had never seen before and it worried the young pup. Kneeling down, he looked at Dane. “Dane, what are you doing here? It’s the middle of the night?” he asked before looking into the hallway noticing the crowd of people the Demon had passed. Waving at them apologetically, he put an arm around Dane’s waist before hoisting him into his room. “Come on let’s get you on the bed you need to sleep this off.”

Dane's thoughts the entire time while he was out with his dad was of Lore and only him, te demon missed his Lore. Wanting to get back as soon as possible to see him. He brought Lore some goodies and had them all taken to the palace. Dane loved spoiling Lore and hoped Lore liked the new clothes, the flowers and the new white gold with diamonds watch. Hoping the watch fit properly but if it was to loose then he would have some of the links taken out. Having brought some goodies back with him well just a huge dessert for he and Lore to share when he wasn't so dang drunk. Unable to wait until he got home he started to run back to his room but he fell down a few times along the way so his dad had to take him back. Taken care of by his mom he laid there curled up for a moment and looked around not seeing his parents.
Without anymore wine he frankly didn't need anymore either he could barely stand as it was. Hoping he wasn't waking Lore up he quietly knocked on the door soon after. "Okay Lore." Calling to him he still sat there he felt woozy and tried not to fall over to the floor. Looking up at Lore very wasted he hicupped more and tilted his head back he smiled. "Sorry Lore I missed you." Pouting to him and felt he was being lifted up, taken inside he slumped against Lore. Using his foot to close to the door he leaned his head against Lore's shoulder. "I love you." Being drunk made him be able to tell that he had been nervous about saying those three words. |

Lore hadn’t really done much that day. He had cooked some meals and experimented with others. There was a particular new book he was excited about and it was the Japanese cuisine one that took his interest. They seemed to have such interesting dished Lore had to try it. That and making his own sushi just seemed like something interesting he could take his time up with.
Finding Dane on his doorstep like that was defiantly not something that Lore had expected at all. The young Demon was always so polite and respectable it would always make Lore blush. However, it seemed tonight the demon was drunk and actually enjoying himself for once in his life. Smiling at this, Lore carried Dane to his room to give the Demon somewhere nice to sleep. He pushed open the door to his room, making sure Dane wasn’t hitting anything as he carried the other to his bed. He figured it was better letting him sleep there instead of attempting to take him back to his room. Not that Lore minded having the other there. He had missed him and watching the other sleep would be nice for once. “Nothing to be sorry about Dane, I missed you too. Did you have fun with your dad?” he asked him falling onto the bed when he attempted to set Dane down. Luckily it was soft and it didn’t hurt either of them. Untangling himself from the man’s embrace for a moment, he went to the front of his suit to close and lock his door not really feeling like having people invade his room. Just as he got back Lore heard something from the older demon that he did not expect to hear. His face turned red as he blushed swallowing hard. He felt his heart skip a beat as he sat beside the other, pushing some hair from his face. “I love you too Dane, but you’re drunk right now. I don’t know if you know what you’re saying.”

He had thought about what else to get Lore so he got him some cook books and would have them brought to the palace. Dane didn’t want to intrude on Lore’s privacy but not seeing him the entire day upset the young demon. Hoping that no one would think badly about him for being drunk and saw Lore wasn’t upset with him for it. “Are you?” Hiccups again looking at him. “Upset with me?” His bottom lip was in his mouth he looked at Lore sadly waiting to be yelled at for it. Taken to Lore’s bed by him he was carried and nuzzled up to him the entire way. “Thank you Lore.” Hoping he wasn’t slurring his words or anything like that. “Yes thank you, very much I did.”
He had so much fun with his dad and being drunk was different to him. Being fallen down with onto the soft bed he made a surprise squeak sound. Letting go he laid there on his side all stretched out. Hearing the door locked he curled up where he was his head was still spinning. Admitting to Lore that he loved him he was thinking clearly drunk or not he was. “I do know what I am saying Lore.” Lifting himself up on one elbow looking at him then laid his cheek on his arms, sighing he felt like the biggest fool for saying that. Feeling like he needed to hide his face in his arms he did. Dane's eyes misted but he didn't let himself cry he was so embarrassed now. Very softly sniffling he didn't lift up his face but didn't let Lore see how upset he was with himself at the moment.

Lore sighed as he watched Dane hiccupping before shaking his head. He pushed some hair out of the man’s eyes before helping him lay properly down on the bed. There was no reason for Lore to be mad at Dane. He was actually quite happy to finally see the man having missed him most of the day. “Why would I be upset with you? I am glad to see you Dane that is all that matters.” he told him before pulling the covers back on his bed. “Come on love you need to get some sleep.” he told him helping him under the covers. Pulling the covers over Dane, Lore got up on the bed again before he smiled hearing his friend had a good time with his father.
“I am glad you had fun love. But can I ask why you are in my room instead of your own? I don’t think your father would approve too much of you being in my bed right now.” he teased not that he was complaining about it. It was far from that. When Dane said that he knew he was saying, Lore swallowed and blushed more. No one had said that to him before. At least no one aside from his family. Shifting, the pup cupped Dane’s face in his hands before lifting it up so he could look at him. Leaning down, Lore smiled before he placed a long sweet kiss on Dane’s lips. Pulling back, Lore smiled before laying his head down on the pillow. “I really hope that you will say that again when you aren’t drunk.” he whispered simply laying there watching Dane.

Dane's face was flushed he rubbed at his face some. Closing his eyes when Lore's finger tips touched his forehead to help with his hair. Groaning he rested there on his side feeling less like an idiot. "For coming here drunk this is the first time I have ever been drunk...I am happy to see you to Lore." Being helped under the covers he laid his head back onto the pillow for a little bit. Tucked in under the covers he relaxed and laid his head into Lore's lap, curling up. "My head spinning." Groaning again he didn't want to even sit up for any reason. But just lay there and talk with Lore until he felt like he could sleep. Dane wasn't ready to close his eyes yet and wanted to stay up as long as he could.
"Very much I did love...I missed you and did not want to stay in my room alone...I do not think he would mind as long as there was no hanky panky going on." Being teased he tried his best to tease back. Frankly his mind was listening to his heart so he knew what he meant. "My mind maybe a bit woozy but my heart is clear as a ringing bell. Letting his face be lifted he looked up at the only who had captured his heart. Kissed he deepened the kiss and kept his lips locked with Lore's. Laying with him he wrapped his arms around Lore's body. "You demon and only yours Lore." Nestling his face next to Lore's he smiled. "I will I know it." Whispering to him and sank down into the soft bed, it was warm and comfy to him. |

Lore couldn’t help but chuckled lightly as he listened to Dane explaining that this was the first time he was drunk. Pushing some more hair from his face, Lore just smiled and placed a kiss on his forehead. “You are going to have one hell of a headache in the morning love. Don’t worry thought, I’ll take care of you until your parents realize where you are and come to the rescue.” he assured him before fluffing Dane’s pillow up for him. He patted it hoping the other could get a bit of sleep seeing as tomorrow he would be feeling horrible. Instead of the pillow however, Lore found Dane’s head on his lap and he smiled playing with the others hair a bit. “Just relax, all you can do now is throw up all the alcohol you consumed and eat a lot of aspirin.” he told him having gotten drunk quite a bit. His brother would usually drag him out to get something to drink or celebrate something. However now that he had been gone for a bit, Lore hadn’t really enjoyed himself like that in a while.
“Shh, we can talk in the morning love. Now get some sleep. I’ll be here when you wake up.” he assured him before pulling the covers over Dane more to get him settled in for the night. Hopefully he could sleep it off if not he’d be in the bathroom half the night. Lore waited till he knew that Dane was asleep before he turned out the night lamp. He lay back beside the other before trying to get some sleep himself. He would be up soon but a bit more shut eye couldn’t hurt him.

He sure as hell wasn't going to do it again. Sighing he needed the comfort and reassurence that Lore wasn't mad at him. "Something I will never do again that is a promise.. Thank you love, my parents trust you and know where I would go." Leaning his head up some then back on the fluffed up pillow for a moment. It wasn't where he wanted to nuzzled up he snuggled to Lore, his head wasn't spinning so much. "Awwww yuck." Wrinkling his face up he didn't want to toss his cookies and have his head the entire time in the toilet getting sick. The caressing of his hair helped him and closed his eyes not falling asleep.
"Alright my love I will sleep a while." The covers over him again he yawned and did need the sleep, he curled up not moving his head from Lore’s lap. It didn’t take him long to start to fall asleep he yawned and drifted off to sleep. He curled up even more all cuddled to him, soundly sleeping. Dane didn’t wake up when the lamp was turned was off or even with Lore laid down beside him. Turning onto his side he laid his head on Lore’s shoulder sleeping.
