As in human form, Nix is stunning in wolf form as well, her body stretching a good 7’ in length. Similar to that of an arctic wolf, her hair looks as white as snow with a hint of yellow making it seem like she is constantly bathe in the sun’s rays. She has a thick long coat which keeps her relatively warm in any environment. Her body is small and makes her seem less threatening but it allows for a great bit of agility and speed. During the change, her eyes stay the same and the woman has a small patch of fur missing on her hind legs where her small flame like birth mark shows.

who you really are...
Personality: Similar to her zodiac sign, Nix is very much on two sides of the same coin. The young woman is tough and fierce similar to her deceased mother Anne. Many of her traits are similar that of her mother. Nix tends to have a short fuse when it comes to just about anyone trying to belittle her or when they attempt to hurt someone she cares about. The woman has fire about herself that makes it hard for her to back out of any kind of challenge that is thrown her way. She is a loving and caring person, to her father; both her mates and anyone she feels deserve her attention. As a result of her inability to back down from any kind of challenge not to mention her short fuse of a temper, the woman often finds herself in a lot of trouble. Not that she would ever ask for help out of it. Despite having two mates, Nix often prefers to handle something herself. She doesn’t need protecting but welcomes it from her two mates. The one thing that seems to get Phoenix worked up the most is when someone she isn’t close to decides to call her Nix. When that happens the woman’s slender and small form has no play because her fierce growl will make anyone quiver. Even with her temper, Nix often will show her caring side as she has with helping Evangeline and her mate to present their case to the King. With her curiosity having always gotten the better of her, Nix found herself gaining a fair bit of knowledge making her intelligent and highly opinionated. She will tell anyone what she thinks even if they do not want to hear it. Not being someone who can back down from anything, Phoenix is a very confident person.

  History: Phoenix was to Arawn and Lady Anne all but 128 years ago. She might be in her first century but she is still often seen as a young woman even with all the years. Some will respect her for her age and knowledge while others will still treat her like a fledgling which will often times rub her the wrong way. From the beginning her parents predicted a highly promising and successful future, never did anyone predict it would turn out the way it did. She was not only trained from the age of five, to successful change into her wolf from but she was also taught the rules and laws of being in a pack. Throughout most of her child hood, Nix found herself learning the ins and outs of everything she needed to know in order to survive on her own one day. Her parents both were proud of their daughter despite the short temper she had which tended to cause the growing girl to get into a lot of trouble.
  
  When she as six, Phoenix would often be reminded of the day she had been challenged by one of the other kids to climb to the top of a very high tree. Being stubborn and unable to back down from a challenge, Nix accepted before she began hoisting herself up into the trees trying to go as high as she could. Problem was being a kid, as well as not knowing much about different sizes of branches and their density, Nix ended up stepping up on a branch that was much too small to support her weight. Before she knew, it the young girl found herself hurtling towards the ground. Luckily the child hadn’t gone to height and only ended up fracturing an arm. Now anytime that Nix finds herself in a situation she just couldn’t back down from, her father will happily remind her of that day where she had been in pain for weeks while the limb heeled. Despite all that, the woman still tends to do what she wants not caring the consequences.
  
  The young girl’s life had gone on as normal for a good few years. Things were calm and peaceful for the most part. However, when Nix was eleven the Lycan lost her mother, a woman whom she and her father cared for dearly. It wasn’t till she was a lot younger that Nix was finally told as to what really happened to her mother. Her mother had been out hunting, something she did to burn the energy she had coursing through her body. During her run, the older woman had run into a colony of vampires. Despite how quick she was, Anne was not able to escape the group and was unfortunately killed. Since then, Nix has formed a distinct hate for the night walker race.
  
  Being born a Lycan, Nix was taught from the beginning about what it was to be a Lycan and the change. However it seemed that no amount of preparation ever was enough because it took a good deal of control and patients for Nix to finally be able to control her change. The first few times were painful and her desires to hunt and kill were dominant for a good while. After several longs years Nix has finally been able to manage a decent amount of control. She isn’t completely perfect at it, finding herself giving in to her primal needs at times, but she has enough control to maintain a somewhat normal life.
  
  Her own fire and energy caused Nix to become reckless in her early years. She wanted to go outside the Island, and see the world. Find out what else is out there and experience new things. It was during her time away, that Phoenix ran into her now two mates. At the time, they had been newly created wolves going through their first change, Drake and Gabriel O Damhain. Having known what a pain the first change had been, the young lycan had offered her assistance to the two farm boys she encountered. Staying with them for a good few full moon changes, the woman took off once she was certain they could handle themselves. Even if she was a fierce person and often bites people’s heads off over things, the woman was a softy at heart and cared enough to help. Educating the two of the Island, a place that could further help them with their change and new life style, Nix headed further on her explorative journey.
  
  When her cravings had finally be satisfied, the woman returned to her home only to run into the twins once more. From there things began to change into something anyone expected. Over time, the woman fell for both men, not being able to see herself without either. Their relationship was complicated to say the least, but eventually Phoenix ended up marrying both men. Despite both men’s backgrounds, Nix made it clear to her family she was going to marry both men whether they liked it or not. Having lost his wife and not wanting to lose his daughter as well, Arawn caved and accepted the marriage as well as both men into his life.
  
  Now Nix lives with her family on the Island doing what she can to keep her life somewhat normal. Things don’t end up that way with her inability to not only back down from a challenge but keep her opinions to herself. Her recent endeavor consists of Nix taking it upon herself to help Evangeline and Rapheal Nahimana present their case to the king. Being a confident person meant it didn’t take the woman a lot of thought to decide if she was going to help or not. Now the problem is having everyone face her short fuse. She hopes to at least be able to make a small difference.
